• I want to become an Internal CoMa, so where do I send my application to and what do I have to think about?
  You have to keep in mind that you have to be capable of speaking/writing a good english fluently. Basic knowledge of written and spoken german is of course an advantage. Think about the fact that applying as an Internal CoMa means that you will have to move to Germany. Inform yourself about work permissions if you are not living in the european union. This will save you from the possible frustration of being not accepted due to european work restrictions. Your family, friends and loved ones will not move with you and you will have to live in a foreign country and find your way there. No, germans don't eat foreigners, but it will mean a complete change for your life. German people applying are maybe not that affected, but it is a change of life for them as well.   You have to be able to communicate (writing, reading, speaking) in english and german almost fluently.
  
  
  
• How should an application look like?
  You can use the european standard forms for your application and add a curriculum vitae. Don't mention your Gameforge-related work only; we also like to know something about your education and career. Adding a short explanation of your reasons why you want to work for us always helps. Application should be at least in english and/or german; best would be both.

Your task is
development of new board styles, checking and optimizing already existant designs, exchange and support.

You offer:

• enthusiasm for the world of computer games
  
• exemplary knowledge of german, written and spoken
  
• exemplary knowledge of english, written and spoken
  
• exemplary knowledge of xhtml (1.0, 1.1), css (2 -- 3), ajax, template engines (smarty)
  
• exemplary knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver and similar products
  
• basic knowledge of IRC, HTML and the usual Office utilities
